Shipping & Handling All orders are sent by United States Postal Service to anyplace on earth. Non-Priority orders are usually sent out within 48 hours unless we are away at a show or on vacation. Most
plans sets are mailed in a manila catalog envelope so they don't
have to be rolled or folded. Material items will be mailed in
a carton.
Orders for both plans and material items will probably
get separated in the mail and could arrive a few
days apart. Economy Shipping: Delivers in 3-5 business days. Does NOT include insurance. We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the postal system. We will NOT re-ship or refund lost orders. Select Priority shipping if you want your order insured. Priority Shipping: Delivers in 1-3 business days. All items shipped by Priority also includes insurance. Ohio residence are subject to a 7.25% sales tax. Delivery Overseas: We send all orders outside the USA by air mail. We are required to attach a completed customs form to all parts or kit order cartons for delivery outside the USA. Sometimes these orders can be delayed several weeks or more in clearing the destination Customs. This usually does not apply to plans sets as they do not need customs forms. Hardware orders from outside the U.S. exceeding $100 may be rejected unless insurance is purchased. Contact us for an insurance quote. Please note that any and all local customs charges and VAT taxes, duties, broker's charges, etc. are to be paid by the buyer. We are not responsible for any international import charges which may have added to your item upon importation. We sincerely appreciate selling our products to our international friends, but note we do not know other country's rules on importation. You as the buyer are totally responsible for knowing your country's requlations and requirements, as well as, paying their charges. If you do not pay those charges in a timely manner, you items could be confiscated by the customs authorities, and you will not receive them, nor any refund from us for lack of acceptance of delivery.NOTICE! Effective Jan 28, 2013, USPS package shipping rates to overseas destinations have doubled! Depending on order weight and destination, shipping rates can vary from $8.55 to well over $20.00. Shipping Insurance (International): We are not responsible for orders lost in the postal system. One or two shipments are 'lost' each year out of hundreds sent.
