Shopping Cart Errors and Fixes

• When viewing the shopping cart, use the "Continue Shopping" button to continue shopping.  IE8 may open a new window when continuing to shop.  This new window will be the same page you were on before adding an item to your cart.  Either use the new window or close it to return to the original window.
  
  

• Some browsers may not let multiple items to be added to the cart if these items are on the same web page.  Simply refresh your browser to fix the problem.

If you are experiencing shopping cart problems and would like to pay with PayPal, perform the following steps:

• Write down the products and prices of the items you wish to purchase (use the product ID codes.)  For your convenience, print and use our blank order form.
  
  

• Enter $4.00 for shipping and handling within the U.S. and Canada for engine plans ordered (regardless of quantity) and add an additional $4.00 for any kits/parts ordered (regardless of quantity.)  For example, a customer ordering "4 in 1" Engine Plans, "V-4" Engine Plans, "V-4" Fasteners kit, "V-4" Ball Bearings Kit, and "V-4" O-Rings kit would pay $4.00 shipping for the two engine plans and $4.00 shipping for the three "V-4" kits, for a total of $8.00.  Outside the U.S., contact us for a shipping quote.
  
  

• Ohio residents add 7% sales tax to the total order. 
  
  

• Log in to your PayPal account.  Send the total amount to allen@outpostenterpises.com.  Be sure and enter the product ID codes in the comment to buyer section.
